We clean and disinfect ‘high touch’ surfaces before you visit. (This includes doors, door handles, light switches, remote controls, kitchenette interior, table tops and bathroom surfaces). We also provide masks, disposable gloves, hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes.
Please scan our COVID-19 QR Contact Code when you arrive. Or you can fill out one of our Contact Tracing Forms in case the Ministry of Health needs to do any contact tracing.
If you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home and call your doctor or Healthline on 0800 358 5453 to see if you need a test.
Kamai Cottage’s COVID-19 Cancellation Policy
If there’s a change in COVID alert levels, or you have cold, flu or COVID-19 symptoms that stop you from travelling:
- We won’t charge cancellation fees.
- We will offer a refund if you’ve pre-paid, or re-book for another available date at no extra charge
