Apple CakeTry this simple almond-flavoured fresh apple cake. It's perfect for dessert or with a cup of coffee.
Banana Cake with Almond ToppingBesieged with over-ripe bananas? Make this yummy banana cake with a sliced almond topping. For dessert, serve it slightly warm with whipped cream or Greek yoghurt
Breakfast CrepesFruit-filled crepes: great for breakfast, equally good as a dessert. Just top with fresh berries or fruit sauce and a swirl of whipped cream.
Caramel BiscuitsCrunchy, buttery and delicious caramel-flavoured biscuits. Freeze extras for a lunch box snack
Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesFor large chocolate chip cookies just double the dough size when placing them on the baking tray. Keep them well apart to prevent them from spreading into super-sized cookies!
Ginger & Sesame-glazed SalmonBaked glazed salmon with coconut rice. Simmer the honey, soy, ginger, garlic & sesame oil marinade to make a tasty glaze.
Lemon Syrup ConcentrateMade with fresh lemons, it's light, refreshing and easy to prepare. Kids love it! For a special occasion, non-alcoholic drink, try dressing it up with fresh mint, lemon slices and strawberries.
Lemon Yoghurt CakeMoist lemon & yoghurt cake, so easy to prepare. And it makes a great dessert too. Just add some fresh berries and top with whipped cream or Greek yoghurt.

Ramekin Baked EggsA favourite cooked breakfast dish that can also be served for a light lunch - just add a side salad. Use your imagination and try different cheeses (feta, soft blue, gruyere etc.) and finely chopped fresh parsley or basil.
Soft Meringue & Cream RollA luscious, soft meringue dessert - whip up the meringue base, bake for 15 minutes, fill with fresh berries and cream and roll it up - dessert is ready.
Swiss Plaited Bread (Zopf)This traditional brioche-style Swiss plaited bread is enriched with milk, butter and eggs. (It also makes fabulous French toast)
