Cancellation Policy

Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly.
Consequently we have a strict cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations received 31 days before guest arrival, no charge
  • Cancellations received 8–30 days before guest arrival, 30% of total charge
  • Cancellations received 0–7 days before guest arrival, 100% of total charge.

We strongly recommend travel insurance.

We will make every effort to re-book your cancelled stay and if successful we will not charge you.
